class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na sexta-feira (02\/02), a Patram de Torres, realizou averigua\u00e7\u00e3o sobre crime contra a Flora, no Munic\u00edpio de Arroio do Sal, e no local, foi constatado corte de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o da esp\u00e9cie pinus elliottii em \u00e1rea de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente, caracterizado por dunas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embora, os abordados tenham apresentado a licen\u00e7a para supress\u00e3o de vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o ex\u00f3tica, n\u00e3o foi cumprida a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, que protege a vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o fixadora de dunas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os materiais utilizados para pr\u00e1tica de crime Ambiental foram apreendidas e entregues na delegacia de pol\u00edcia civil de Arroio do Sal, para posterior ser restitu\u00eddo sob termo de fiel deposit\u00e1rio lavrado por aquele \u00d3rg\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos equipamentos foram apreendidos por uso para a pr\u00e1tica de crime e conduzidos, e apresentados na Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Arroio do Sal, por crime contra a flora, conforme Art. 38 da lei 9.605\/98.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
